Golden Early Intervention Plan Featured

     Early Intervention is defined as services and support that are available to young children with developmental delays and disabilities. These may include speech therapy, physical therapy, and other types of services based on the needs of the child and family. Early Intervention is pivotal as it plays a significant impact on a child’s ability to learn new skills and overcome challenges and can increase success in school and life.

 

     The Early Intervention Plan will integrate the collaboration between teachers, counsellors, and parents. The first step towards getting help for a child would be an evaluation and testing to assess for detected symptoms, which can be conducted in Golden Comprehensive Diagnostic Clinic. Depending on what symptoms are detected, a range of tests will be conducted leading to a diagnosis.

 

 Early Intervention programs begins as soon as a diagnosis is confirmed. Early Intervention's objective is focused on skill deficits and behavioral excesses. We emphasize the importance of individualized planning to achieve best practice in providing early intervention supports. Each Early and Intensive Behavioral Intervention program is tailored to your child's individual needs in order to promote development, well-being and community participation.

   

Golden EIP is a structured early intervention programmes which are holistic and tailored to our multi-cultural society.

 

Early intervention programme with be combined with the therapy sessions as in GoldenChild Therapy.

GoldenChild Therapy & SpEd (Special Education) Services is a Therapy and SpEd system owned by Globalink Groups. Globalink Group is an Education Service Provider company and has collaborated with Public Universities in Malaysia, namely Education University of Sultan Idris (UPSI), National University of Malaysia (UKM) and University Technology Mara (UITM).

GoldenChild Therapy and SpEd Services is an innovative concept that started in 2007 in developing kids with learning disabilities. The concept is strengthened with 5 years of research and development and 7 years of implementation and testing. The concept is supported by a team of experts ranging from university lectures, Industry Experts, Subject Matter Experts, certified specialists and Practitioners such as Educators, specialists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and practitioners Speech Therapists, Behavioral therapists and Play Therapists.

GoldenChild services are for children or adult with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Slow Learner, Global Development Delay, Speech Delay, Muscle Weakness, Hand Writing Problem, Intellectual Disabilities, Communication and socialising issues. On the same day, we met with the consultant in GoldenChild and enrolled him. Alhamdulilah, we started to see progress in our son within 6 months. We are grateful to find this centre to aid Yusuf . His therapy session has been very fruitful, thanks to the dedicated principal and his wonderful teachers. "Magalexmi was one of the first students who enrolled into GoldenChild in 2010, starting at the age of 6+ years. At that moment, she was non verbal, weak fine motor response where she can't even hold a pencil properly and has imbalance movement while walking. Initially, she was not accepted into mainsteam schools. However with the help of GoldenChild, she was accepted into primary school at the age of 10. It was tough at the start, but nevertheless the support from GoldenChild was immense for me and my child. Her achievement is that she won a storytelling competition at the age of 12 years. She also managed to get good results in UPSR, at at present (2021), she is studying form 5 of mainstream secondary school."
